Adopting from Armenia

As is the case with other countries—such as Haiti and India, we’re not allowed at this time to list orphans from Armenia online. Hopscotch Adoptions, one of the agencies we work with, has an Armenia program and they’re accepting applications for the adoption of children with special needs. They know there are a lot of children from infants to age five with Down Syndrome in the program. They have also lowered their cost to $17,835 (not includeing the in-country per diem for travel, which remains at $200.)
